About EB Fund

 

     Non-profit organization Easy Breathing Charity Fund was established in 2005 to assist medical institutions in the implementation of the global strategy Eliminate TB in the Arkhangelsk Oblast and beyond. Chair of the Funbd is Nina Nizovtseva, honored doctor of the Russian Federation. Nina has worked in the Arkhangelsk TB dispensary for her whole working life. Over the 10 years of the Fund's work, many projects have been implemented, primarily aimed at improving the live conditions of people in difficult life situations due to tuberculosis.

The Fund cooperates with the civil and prison sector in the overall fight against tuberculosis and other diseases, including elimination of bad habits. The Fund promotes the provision of social, psychological, legal and other support to patients with tuberculosis and HIV; conducts awareness-raising activities among health workers; introduces digital technologies; publishes and distributes booklets, brochures and other information materials.
