A New Fruitful Meeting in Severodvinsk!

Stop TB in NW Russia in our Lifetime project (2014-2018) is being successfully implemented! On 21 March, World TB Day, in the Severodvinsk TB department of hospital №1 a meeting of mayor’s office, the public, the hospital administration and medical workers with the city's media took place. At this meeting, the mayor's office, EB Fund and the medical community summed up the results of TB work in 2016, noted a positive tendency of reduced incidence and mortality from tuberculosis, and planned activities for 2017 aimed at improving the prevention of tuberculosis, tuberculosis and HIV, the introduction of new methods for monitoring tuberculosis and HIV in Severodvinsk.
