Health Communication for Medical Workers of the Arkhangelsk Oblast

Cooperation between the Ministry of Health of the Arkhangelsk Oblast (Russia), the Medical Unit No. 29 of the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Arkhangelsk Oblast, Northern State Medical, Easy Breathing Charity Fund (Russia) and the LHL International Tuberculosis Foundation (Norway) continues in the international program "Stop TB in the North-West Russia in Our Lifetime".

A training on Health Communication was held for employees of the anti-tuberculosis service and the AIDS Center staff within the framework of cooperation and in accordance with the plan of international events of the Ministry of Health of Arkhangelsk Oblast for 2017. It was organized on 8-9 November in Arkhangelsk. The training was conducted by Norwegian partners Hadvig Amdal and Berthe Stenberg, advisors from LHL International. The 16-hour program included training in basic and advanced communication skills with elements of coaching.
