Cooperation continues!

From 26 to 30 March, within the framework of the Russian-Norwegian project “Reduce the Burden of TB in the Komi Republic” a training of the specialists from Pechora, Vorkuta and Republic TB Dispensaries was organized to combat tuberculosis, based on Russian and International experience and successfully implemented in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. Training was held at the Medical University and Arkhangelsk TB Dispensary. Chief TB doctor of the Northwest Federal District Professor A. Maryandyshev, Dispensary representatives and EB Fund summed up the priorities of TB Service of the Republic at the round-table discussion for the nearest future. Specialists suggested to conduct at the Republican TB Dispensary a training course for the nurses of TB institutions modern principles of infection control.
