Public Council Meeting

On April 15, 2019 a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Health of the Arkhangelsk Oblast was held.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of the Arkhangelsk Oblast, representatives of non-profit organizations, healthcare institutions and the media.

Deputy Minister Tatyana Rusinova made a report on the implementation of the state program for the development of health care in the Oblast, identifying priority areas.

Council members were also presented the results of the projects-winners of the grant call of the Presidential Grants Foundation.

The results of the project "Live and Breathe" were presented by the EB Fund Chair Nina Nizovtseva.

The “Live and Breathe” project was aimed at carrying out rehabilitation activities among young patients of the Children Tuberculosis Sanatorium named M. Favorskaya.

All activities were completed successfully. Children were impressed most by the regular sessions in the pool and in the equestrian club.
