Russian-Norwegian Collaboration

On September 23-25, 2019, in Oslo, a seminar "Access to Health for All" was held.

The seminar was organized by:

Representatives of public organizations in Moscow and St. Petersburg were invited as well.

Arkhangelsk was represented by Nina Nizovtseva, Marina Zhestovskikh - EB Fund, Konstantin Baryshkov - Regional Dermatovenerologic Dispensary, Rimma Kartashova - Severodvinsk 1st City Hospital,

Komi: Olga Mayorova - Republican Tuberculosis Dispensary, Lyudmila Panfilova - Vorkuta Tuberculosis Dispensary,

Murmansk: Natalia Sukhorukova - Regional TB Dispensary.

Participants shared practical recommendations applicable in their areas for diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.

The issues of providing voluntary care to people living with HIV were also a part of discussion.

Seminar participants visited the Olafiaclinic, where assistance is provided to drug-addicts.
