Meeting of the Council of the public organizations for the protection of patients’ rights attached to the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor in the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous District

    On 5 December 2019 the public meeting of the Council of the public organizations for the protection of patients’ rights attached to the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor in the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous District was held at the Northen State Medical University and chaired by Professor Vorobyeva N.A. The issues of TB prevention, diagnosis and treatment were considered at the meeting.

    Perkhin D.V., The Head Physician of the Regional clinical antituberculosis dispensary, Professor Maryandyshev A.O., The Chief Tuberculosis Specialist in the Arkhangelsk Region and the North – Western Federal District of the RF, Nizovtseva N.I., the Chairman of the “Easy Breath” Fund, Podyakova T.S., the secretary of the Council of the public organizations for the protection of patients’ rights attached to the territorial body of Roszdravnadzor in the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous District spoke at the meeting.

    Achievments and challenges of the tuberculosis control service work were considered during the discussion. Measures to improve the TB control service work were suggested.
