Modern TB Monitoring System Day 3

Today is the final day of the international seminar "Modern tuberculosis monitoring system". On the agenda the topic Regional Segment of the Federal Register of TB Patients. Speakers - Anastasia Kulizhskaya and Tatyana Guryeva. They reported on progress of the national project a Digital Healthcare Contour, which is planned to be implemented by 2024. For specialists of the TB service, the section Federal Register of TB Patients" is being topical (FRBT). It is an essential part of the Unified state information system in health care and every specialist of the TB service will have to work with the FRBT in the near future.

FRBT allows you to analyze the epidemiological situation, optimize reporting, monitor drug supply and make applications for TB drugs, monitor drug resistance to TB drugs. FRBT has many more sections that help specialists monitor the condition of patients during treatment and observation in TB institutions. 

Specialists of the TB service from several parts of Russia switched to the use of FRBT in their work 2 years ago. In our region, the transition to working with the FRBT is planned to be completed by the end of this year. 

During three days, the participants of the international seminar learned a lot of useful information that can be used in the observation and treatment of their patients.
