All-Russian Scientific Conference With International Participation "New Approaches And Technologies In Fight Against TB: Russia 2020"

On December 9-11, 2020, the conference "New Approaches and technologies in Fight against TB: Russia 2020» was conducted and organized by the Scientific Medical Research Center of Phthisiopulmonology and Infectious Diseases of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

The online conference was attended by the EB Fund representatives, partners from the Arkhangelsk, Murmansk oblasts and the Komi Republic.

The conference featured presentations by the Russian scientific community and representatives of Russian territories. Seminars, educational schools and symposiums were also held as part of the conference.

At the Symposium No. 1 "Innovations in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis" (Moderator - A. Samoylova) / chief phthisiatrist of the North-Western Russia and the Arkhangelsk oblast, MD, Professor A.O. Maryandyshev held the report "Delamid: research, practice, prospects".

Also on December 11, 2020, during the round table "Tuberculosis Work in the Context of the COVID19 Pandemic" (Moderator V. Testov) - Professor A.O. Maryandyshev presented the report "Preventive treatment of tuberculosis in the context of the COVID19 pandemic, the experience of the North-Western Federal District".
