1. Epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in the Northwestern Federal District (A.Maryandyshev, chief phthisiatrician of the Northwestern Federal District and the Arkhangelsk Oblast, professor, MD, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
2. Epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in the Murmansk Oblast (M. Bogoslovskaya, Head of the Inpatient Department).
3. Video-observed treatment (V. Rozvadovskaya, Head of the Dispensary Department).
4. Organization of examination and treatment of patients with tuberculosis in combination with COVID-19 at the Murmansk TB Dispensary (M. Lokkina, phthisiatrician of the Inpatient Department).
Also, from April 1 to April 14, 2021, a training was organized and conducted for specialists of the regional tuberculosis service on improving professional skills at the Center for Continuing Professional Education of the Northern State Medical University in Arkhangelsk "Innovative approaches to the treatment of tuberculosis." Phthisiatricians who have completed the training will receive nationally recognized certificates.

As part of the activities of this project, on April 1, 2021, a scientific conference for district TB doctors was held, at which the following issues were considered:1.
