Closing Meeting Within the Bringing Light Without Burning Out Project

The participants shared their impressions of the course, their internal changes and talked about the communication techniques that they introduced into their work and life. The main change that happened to the participants was the acquisition of the skill of dealing with anger / negative emotions and a more positive thinking in general.
Based on the results of the training sessions, the facilitators compiled brochures demonstrating to the participants the progress they achieved during the training: they contain their answers to observation tasks at the beginning of the training and the most significant change stories at the end of the training, selected quotes with an assessment of the workshop. All participants in the training were given these brochures. They also received certificates and the leaflets with a few exercises on positive thinking and coping with anger practices.
The participants lively discussed the course and expressed their wish to have such seminars systematically - at least once a year.
